I recently moved into College Hill Apartments in August of this year, 2007. This is my first apartment, and I could not be happier that I chose to live here. College Hill Apartments is an exceptional place to live. The management is excellent and always willing to go out of their way to please the tenants and help with any questions or concerns. If needed, maintainance is done correctly and in a timely fashion. I have felt so welcomed and comfortable here. As a young woman, safety and security are extremely important to me, and I have always felt really safe here. Noise levels are always minimal. In the Grand Rapids area, we could not have found a better place to live for the money, amenities, and wonderful staff. I truly could not ask for anything better.

Our apartment is absolutely beautiful and I am so proud to say that I am a tenant at College Hill Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
