Since I moved in July 2008 we had a management change and alot of updating and remodeling. This new management has done a way better job than the one before. New carports, new gate and fence for private parking, enforcing the permit parking only (visitors who sneak in usually get towed), new landscaping, etc. Overall all this new management has really done well in making College Hill alot better and nicer.

I agree it has been an unbeleivable change! They are incredibly professional. They communicate well with us when we need to know something and seem to always be in the office or make themselves available. The maintainance has gone way up too, they seem to care about doing things right...I agree about being very pleased.

Usually get towed.. Ha, what an understatement..I remember when there were parties all the time and I couldn't ever find a place to park. Ahhhhh, so frustrating. Not so, since the new management took over. Earlier this year I came home after work at about 2:30 am..and there where four tow trucks in the parking lot. Ha! the guy from management looked at me and said..Just making sure you have a spot to park tonight! Loved it. I have never had trouble finding a spot to park since they have taken over.
