I would do some real digging into this apartment complex before signing anything. Ask about what has been done as of late... people prop the exit doors open with things from rocks to cigarette ashtrays.

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything going on in your neighbors apartments. For the money, you are not getting nearly enough space. Parking lot space is not bad but the visitors lot really bites. Jamie and Gabriel no longer work there and thats really sad because they really rocked.

What rock do you live under? I haven't been here as long as you but for over three years, and even though it's not perfect the things that the new management has done has been awesome. I just checked out other places recently and came to the conclusion Clloge hill is still the best value around for what you get. Walls are a little thin but it's like I am living in a house.

I was here under the old management and boy am I glad that they are gone. New management is much more responsive, more reliable and get the job done the first time. Definitely a safer place and much improvement on landscape, parking and inside the building. I'm sure glad they also monitor the parking for visitors and tow them away. Jaime sucked

This person sounds like they had a thing for the old management. I have been here several years now and the new management has made mad changes to the building. The old management neglected the building and ignored the tenants??????the new management is on task. They have addressed the noise issue by ensuring the parties are kept to a reasonable noise level. Even though the doors get propped open once in a while, they have addressed this issue while they are on the premises. Actually, they even warned me, at about midnight when I propped it open to go out to my car and grab something. I have inquired about the security and it sounds as if they have installed more cameras and even record all activities. I looked at the TV??????s in the office and almost every square inch of this building inside and out is covered. I would not worry about security in this building. As far as noise??????.its tolerable and managed properly. My neighbor who had several loud parties and I know had several complaints against them, where evicted because they did not heed the warnings of the new management. Worry not about what this person says????????????they miss the old management and living without responsibility.
