I lived here for two years. Police were called for incidents at least twice a week. The walls were paper thin and people who lived there were very loud. Management never kept regular hours. After witnessing gang violence and fearing for our safety, my roommate and I asked to be let out of our lease. We paid a $400 "lease cancellation fee." We were told the lease was canceled. Over a year later, without any warning or contact, College Hill sent me to collections for $1200 dollars of unpaid rent. Very shady practices.
