We had a sewer flood all through the apts. Our carpet in the apt. got replaced 5 days later but the carpet in the hallway hasnt been replaced. It has been a month!! Stinky isnt even the word. This flood affected 5 other complexes as well. Also, they tell you FREE WATER TOO! yeah right. The water is free, but not the hot water. the hot water heater is electric and they dont tell you that. The tank is so small that it is constantly running so it makes for electric bills that are 75 dollars plus! that is really high for an apartment. The landlord takes forever getting back to you and what you need. My dishwasher has been broken now for a week and nothing yet! it also was leaking before it broke and they tore up the carpet and did nothing about it. Overall, dont move in here! I have only been here for a couple of months and it is horible. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
