I could see then it won't be in too
far down the road, and it will be considered, slum like enviroment to live,
which is ashame.

The carpets in the entrances are so old,as well as the interior walls.
The smell of cigerette smoke lingers, as if you were walking in a old
bar.

The noise of music, children and video, computer games, up to all levels, and
all times of day and night.

Residents smoke in the laundry rooms, and no signs posted as well, by management.

Do not have enough maintaince people employed for size of apartment complex. Therefore
good luck getting things done in a proper order of time, if at all.

The manager doesn't respond to tentants.

The furnace filters don't get checked or replaced.

The landscaping on grounds, is so speaking out, "Were doing as cheap as we can"...
and it looks it. About $20.00 if that in flowers...white stone that was in, in the
70's and the 80's, they use here, now, and raggedy old wine kegs, of course they use
for there flower pots. The pond, that I think they, try to impress the future
tentants, they would really impress them, if the fountain would work, and on a
regular basis...lets not forget the pond water...they really ought to spend a few
dollars and have chemicals put in it, The mossy green layers aren't appealing.
The scrubs and trees in front of the apartment builings and garages, need to be trimmed!

The light covers on the garages would look nice if they would get cleaned !

The garages need to be fixed where people have ran into them.

Apartments could stand to be painted and updated.

Fire detectors need to be inspected.

Windows in apartments needs washed on the outside.

There no playground for the children.

They need to screen there residents.

These apartments can only get worst, for the onlyreason, if the owners were concerned
it wouldn't be allowed to get this bad, in the first place. They can't put all the blame on the manager, for they the owners should be making freqrent visits.

To make matters worst I see where they now allow pets...ifthey didn't have enough
problems.....
