I am about to move in despite the bad reviews. I find some of the reviews hard to believe due to these facts. When I took my first walk through,as I peered out the window I noticed a train passing, as close to the train that I was I not only should have heard it but also felt the building shake, yet I heard nothing and felt nothing. I even commented to the very nice manager how sound proof it was.
The hallways do need a good cleaning and new carpet, but the apartment itself is well worth the rent. The apartments I looked at were very clean with what seemed as new appliances and carpet. The manager also appears to be business-like yet sentimental, organized, and up to par with her facilty. I am still an outsider looking in but will post more comments after I am an insider looking out.
