Office Management rude. maintenance always helpful, but office manager let him go so she would look good. A place where you hear lots of gossip. People are evicted right and left. Out to get every penny they can. right down to the burn out light bulb you forgot to replace when you moved. $2.00 per bulb you are charged. That is one item out of about 40 they will try to charge you for. office manager seems nice when you move in, but is totally the opposite.While I lived there maintenance put up security cameras, better lighting and fixed up the entrances to each building. But, it was not good when i first moved there. Ponds are filled with algae and look very unattractive. the ducks can't even swim. Did not run sprinkler system or pond fountains this summer , because they said they had to save money. Isn't that what we pay for' I am glad I am gone!!!!!!! Expensive and filthy laundry area, cleaning person needs help!

I to very much dislike Creekstone, I live there now and have been looking to move for a while. Mary the office manager is a joke, she is never there and is very rude. They took out the play place and never put one back. The grounds are not taken care, and cars get broken into right and left. I widh never to return here after I move, it has been nothing but heart ache.
