It looks like my apartment is detaching at the seams.
Maintenance is incompetent and every time I ask for something to fixed, you can bet no one is going to touch it for at least 3 days. I even reported that there was water pouring into the hallway from the rain and maintenance says there isn't anything they could do. So they didn't. The walls in the hallways are waterlogged. I have mold. My pipes have burst at least 3 times in the last year. There is a huge hole in my wall RIGHT now. They are king of patch it up. Every year, my air conditioner has to be repaired. My carpet was gross when I moved in. The neighbors. OMG the neighbors. I am so sick of kids getting into arguments that their parents need to get into fights over. The children from all complexes hang out in my hallway trashing it everyday. You can complain until the cows come home, but is Mary going to do anything about it' Most likely she isn't. The response I received from her after I told her that the maintenance man (elderly grouchy one) breaks something of mine everytime he comes to repair something. It isn't my fault the building is falling apart, but yet he has a rotten attitude and a destructive streak. As soon as I find something else. I am gone.
We don't even want to talk about parking. Because it doesn't exist.
