So starting off I moved in they charged me 30 for a background check and just gave me the keys w/o running anything so if you can imagine the types of people they allow to live here-well let me give you an idea we had a resident in our building post a man's picture up that is a child molester I have two children that I don't even want on the porch now in just a diaper or w/o a shirt cus I don't want this guy seeing them I feel uncomfortable...they gave us a list to inspect the apt and write down anything that was wrong with this place. Okay the carpet was filthy & the walls looked like someone took a knife to them and numerous little things. The grounds person never came to take care of anything oh wait he sent our neighbor up to give us a toilet seat that I had put down was broke so he couldn't even give it to us himself or put it on like he is paid to do. The parking is ridiculous they have so many garages that it takes up the entire parking lot area. Mary the office person is such a ----- about anything. The cleaning person can't even clean the windows so when I go to wave good bye to family members from upstairs I have to find a clean patch. The doors have to be closed so guests can be rang up only they say thats safety but on the other hand there is not ventilation so your suffocating in the summer time. As for the stuff that never got fixed why charge people that used to live there for stuff when they aren't even going to use that money to fix things the right way. This place has decent prices yes but they are cheap so they can be cheap. Wouldn't recommend this place.

At least you haven't been there forever. It only gets better. My 5 year old asks every day if we can please move today because she thinks the place is going to break.
