I only moved from these apartments because I got a new job out of the area. I had nothing but good experiences at The Crossings.

Their no-noise policy was great. This is not the place for students who like to party, but a great place for working professionals. I heard upstairs neighbors once in a while, but it was never a problem.

The grounds were great when i lived there. the ponds were nice, the ducks weren't too annoying, and the pool area and clubhouse were nice. I always felt safe when walking through the complex and when arriving home late.

The location is great, just on the edge of the country, but very close to stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. The "near the country" aspect could change once the South Beltline is completed though.

Rent was very reasonable, especially with heat and hot water included in the rent and a washer and dryer in the apartment. When I first moved in, the cable system didn't have the best channel selection, but they added several good channels while I was living there. They also offer Direct TV.

I had nothing but great experiences with the office staff and the maintenance staff. I only needed a couple of repairs, but when I did, they were done very quickly and done correctly.

I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone except for those who like to party or be loud.
