I have been a resident for nearly 9-years and have never had any major issues with the place. Maybe some minor inconveniences but nothing compared to when I owned property.

I have always loved this area, the cleanliness, the managers, the maintenance people, and most of the neighbors. I've seen many new neighbors, some of which have no clue how to behave in an apartment complex and which move either at the end of their contract period or are invited to move somewhere else where their behavior is less likely to interfere with the rights of other tenants.

My electric bill averages about $30 every month and has been this way since I moved in. All other utilities, except phone, they pay for - water and gas to heat and cook. The grounds are manicured once a week, sometimes twice. Refuse is picked up weekly and sometimes twice a week. They are always working on the buildings maintaining them in to notch condition, painting, replacing cracked glass, sweeping the insides of the stairwells, stuff like that.

Once in awhile one might get a rude office person but they don't last long. Overall, the same staff have been here long before I moved in. Since there are so many apartment homes in the complex, I know they don't always know everyone yet they know who I am by first and by last name. I think they really try to know everyone. Ray the manager is a really cool guy - he's been the manager forever.

It is nice to here such great things about the crossings. I work hard as do my co-workers to achive a high level of community living. It is great to hear we are meeting our goals. But do you really thing Ray is cool? Just kidding Ray is a great guy and a respected boss.
