I have live here for about 9 months now and I am trying to break my lease. I have had them come out for a "spider problem" numerous times and they dont go away! its disgusting! also I have come home to closets being opened and lights on when I never leave the closets open or lights on.....its a creepy feeling knowing someone has been in your place while you are gone! Not impressed!!

I had spider problems too! Little black spiders were all over my ceiling and windows every morning!!!
