I've lived here for almost 2 years with no problems of ANY kind whatsoever.
Its in a perfect location for me, never had any issues with any neighbors, my car has been fine, no shady people hanging around, its been great!

My only question is how do unemployed people move into an apartment' My neighbors that I am close with have noticed a new tenant near us who moved in a few months ago and is unemployed. I know people lose their jobs and Michigan has thousands of layoffs, but how can you not have a job, and THEN be able to move into an apartment'''

It's called living off the state.. us as taxpayers are paying for them to live there.. But actually this is funny I know someone that tried to move in there and they told her she didn't make enough money maybe they just want to fill them up?

Living of the state, is how you refer to unemployed people? WOW, i guess you don't really know much about unemployment insurance. Funds are actually subtracted from your paycheck & put into this fund. So no, all 'us taxpayers' don't pay for them as they are taxpayers too. With all the people unemployed one would hope you'd know what you were talking about before you opened your mouth. Good luck not losing YOUR job!

It is so funny all of America is talking about foreclosure issues and families being forced out of their homes for one reason or another. Then you have a honest person who has lost their job is now unemployed like about 14% of Americans and you complain because they are your new neighbors. How vain are you? Go next door and see if there is any help that you can offer this person including maybe a lead on a job. And hope that you don't find yourself without a job, like me who was a Hospital Adminstrator for over 15 years now unemployed but looking.
