If you are looking for a clean, quiet and neighborly place to live, Eastbrook is not the place! Save your money! The place is dirty, hallways are always trashy and have a bad smell to them, drug dealers come in and out of the place all of the time and there really is no place for children to play. Tenants tear up the place and management is terrible! As a matter of fact, they have new managers every 2 months or so! And then, they are careless and leave the office door unlocked so that anyone can walk in and look at your "confidential" information--heck they could still your rent payments, let alone your identity! It's terrible! If you don't believe me, check it out for yourself! Take a tour of the dirty place and see what kind of trash they try to rent to you--it's ridiculous! Then, drive by at night and observe the criminal activity that takes place. You decide--I'm just giving you real heads up!
