poor management(it was good when I started living there but the new landlord is horrible), kids always running around in the parking lot(not playing nicely either)loud(and not parties, more like spousal abuse and yelling). Apartments themselves are nice taken out of environment. Too expensive and completely ghetto.

You're just upset because the new manager is enforcing the rules. Those of us that follow the rules appreciate all the work that the office staff has done to change things.
