this place is getting better, new management has turned the place into what it should be! grounds are picked up. problem tenants have been evicted. the location is excellent about 1/4 mile north of 28th street on east beltline. I have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. Maintenance responds promptly whenever I have a problem. Most of all, the convenience is great! It's one of the better apartment complexes around.

have been living out here and the management has changed at least three times in my stay out here along with the fact that in the past couple of months the dumpsters have been so full that people have just started placing the trash on the ground! I know that the garbage removal is covered in the lease agreement so there's no valid excuse. On top of that whenever there are any maintenance problems in my apartment I wait at least 2 weeks for someone to fix the issue. That doesn't include the mold that has been continuing to grow in the master bedroom bathroom and windows which the maintenance says is just mildew. Im leaving this complex immediately!!!!
