I have lived at Foote Hills since 2002 and have had nothing but a positive experience. One of the negative reviews posted here is quite unfair as the person only visited the location but has never lived here. The staff has always been courteous and are more than willing to work with you should any problem occur. The setting is quiet and the tenants I've encountered are very respectful towards their neighbors. This is a great place if you are sick and tired of living with noisy and rude neighbors and are willing to be a good tenant in return.
