I originally thought this place was great. Loved the townhouse, staff, etc. Beaware, in the summer, noise is a huge issue for those of you who like to sleep in. 07:30 am, workers are mowing the lawn and making a horrible amount of noise. It really gets annoying 3 time a week, especially those who work night shifts. After my lease was over, I received an eviction notice from the manager, because they didn't received my move-out letter. ANYTIME YOU SEND THE STAFF ANYTHING--->> DO IT WITH A CERTIFIED LETTER.

The lawn people only come through on Thursday afternoons in the summer.(like most they only mow once a week not three times)GET REAL! The staff do their job well and lets face we are all humans and have mix ups once in a while. Maby you should take your lease out and read it when you attempt to make a lifestyle change. GREAT STAFF |
