So far I have been getting mixed feelings about Foote Hills, I love my home, very quiet 75% of the day, most mornings it's very loud outside if your live near the leasing office, you can hear the maint. guys out being loud talking, the garbage man, lawnmowers, etc, all before 9 AM, so if you work second/third shift, you won't be able to sleep in. As for the manager, he was nice at first, but the longer i've lived here, the more i've started to not like his personality. He has a very smart mouth, which isn't very unprofessional. As for the other staff, they seem to be great, well Lisa that is, the other girl doesn't seem to know much about anything.

We had the exact same experience with the staff when living there. Lisa is amazing and has a phenomenal way of dealing with people! However, the manager is very rude, short, and not personable. When we first moved in he seemed pretty nice, but the longer we lived there, the less he cared. We just could not understand how the management company would allow him to run the property when he treats tenants so rudely. We moved out because of him.

My wife and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have found the management staff more than friendly and capable. Both Glen and Lisa have always treated us in a friendly and professional way. Their sense of humor and easy demeanor always makes it a pleasure of talk to them. We have never walked away with the feeling we had been put off or ignored. We hope to live here for many years thanks to the management and maintenance team and the treatment we have received.

I agree with the first two responses, Glen is a horrible manager, I have lived here for several years and time after time I keep seeing him talking bad to people in the community. He is nice to some of the tenants that he feels fits the qualities that he wants in this apartment community, and for other he treats you like trash.

I am not quite sure what is going on. All of the staff seems very nice but I have seen them enforce the rules also. Maby this is what they seem to think is rude.

My husband and I have lived in this community for several years. I would like to comment on the above comments. Being a manager is a tough job -- sometimes you have to be the bad guy and sometimes, you just have bad days -- which may be unrelated. Yes, you should leave your personal issues at home, but he is human - no different than any of us. On the other hand... I have been treated rudely by Glenn on a few occasions. I have also presented issues with my home and the repairs have been less than acceptable. I do believe that Glenn is too concerned with the clubhouse instead tenant issues.

I think they do try to do a good job and take pride in running a good community. (i would give it a 90%). The pride thing, i think, can make them a little too defensive,intimidating, accusatory, and jumpy, tho. That should be examined and changed.

I have to agree. Glen is very rude and talks about peoples personal information to others. Very Unprofessional. Lisa and Denise (she is gone now) are/were great. We also will be leaving at the end of our lease. Very disappointed with the way people are treated once they move in. And no you can't bring any problems up to Glen as it just makes it worse. He has some real problems be very careful.
