Good value for the money

I lived here for 6 years, and have had only minor problems. Repairs were completed quickly, including appliance replacements. I have had the occasional noisy neighbor, but none have lasted very long. There were some structural problems with a few walkways (balconies) but they were patched. The free health club membership, expanded basic cable and gas for heating and cooking along with inexpensive rent make this a good deal. Cats are allowed, but there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee and $10/month per cat rent increase.
