We had our bathroom ceiling leak and it took them several months to finally finish patching it, and soon after, water flooded from under the bathroom wall into our dining room repeatedly. It was a mess, and maintenance could never fix it. They only let us transfer into another unit after our lease in that unit ended (we had to live with the flooding for three months).

Our new apartment was even worse, it had a hole in the front window that they fixed only after it finally cracked across the entire window. Our carpet is disgusting, and the worst part of all is that our unit was infested with spiders and carpet beetles when we moved in! We've repeatedly complained to management about this and several other repair issues, and nothing has been done. The new manager?s response was that "we must have slipped through the cracks" and STILL nothing was done. It makes me wonder what ever happened to the hefty non-refundable cat fee and all the pet rent we've had to pay.

I would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone after all the troubles we've been through, so please don't be fooled by the brochures and advertising. "100% satisfaction guarantee" is complete bull.

(Although parking is adequate and the grounds don't look terrible, this place deserves a 1 rating based on everything else.)
