Franklin Mill Apartments

Only if you are on a tight budget.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   1. Hot water drops to zero without warning if another apartment turns on their water (just imagine you are in the shower, Ive been left screaming). Maintenance has been out 3 times and never fixed this. 2. No screen door, and if I want one Ill have to pay $150! non-refundable and no, it doesnt go with me when I leave. 3. The heat makes ungodly clicking noises in the ceiling all hours of the night, for awhile I envisioned the guy upstairs dismembering a body, which brings me to my next issue. 4. The number of sex offenders, street thug wannabes and other assorted weirdos living here. This place is starting to reassemble a paid halfway house of sorts. 5. No storage, there are cheap plywood bins in the laundry room, yet not enough for all units and its first come first serve. Besides, they are so cheap I wouldnt keep anything of value in them anyhow. The price is good, but it holds true that you get what you paid for I suppose.
