My finacee and I have lived here for over a year now. I really like it. Overall, it's pretty quite. You hear kids outside from time to time, but you can't control that, and you will find that wherever you go. The staff and maintenance gets to the problem within 24 hours, and they won't go into your apartment in your not home unless you tell them it's ok. I've never had a problem with them. The grounds are kept up very well and they have flower contests and stuff in the summer time to get everyone to "dress up" the outside of your apartment. And they have holiday decorating contests...but you don't have to do any of the contests if you don't want too...but most prizes are Meijer gift cards. It's worth a try.

The only thing I wish were a little different is I wish there were more storage. The one bedroom is only 515 square feet. And with a queen size in the bedroom, you dont have a lot of room. Although, the sliding glass doors leading into the back yard is awesome and convient. I love BBQ'ing outside.

I'm home alone a lot, and feel very safe and comfortable sitting outside by myself or talking walks around the community. It's lit well, and everyone just minds there own bussiness. The staff really trys hard to keep everything nice and keep you happy. If you have a problem, call them and explain the situation nicely. They will take care of it. Most people that have a bad experience probabley didn't handle the issue in a friendly mannor, if you're rude, chances are you will be treated rudly wherever you go. Over all, I would Absolutly recomend friends and family here. And living right behind Meijers is so nice...less then a 5 minute walk...push the grocery's home!
