Don't Bother

We moved to Franklin Mill because of it was conveniently close to my finance's place of employment. Troubles started soon. We were plagued by every pestilence imaginable; mice, fleas, termites, ants, you name it. And we're clean people with no pets! We had issues with "brown outs" and power surges so bad that my finance's laptop and x-box were fried completely beyond use. Our garbage disposal didn't work, all of the drains were clogged, and the place was in sad shape when we moved in. Maintenance generally took a few days before they could address our issues and the neighbors were terrible. We had neighbors on one side that had affiliations with the Latin Kings and the police were by frequently. The guy upstairs stomped around a lot all hours of the day. We also had a problem with skunks living in our front bush and lots of stray cats. Snow removal was indeed an issue and generally I had to take it upon myself to shovel the walk (we were concerned about the elderly neighbors slipping). I'd fallen on more than one occasion from a walk that was neglected to the point it was solid ice. There are numerous sex offenders in the area; certainly not a place for children to be running around. I've lived in college apartments in East Lansing, and these were by far more frightening. For the money, I wouldn't say that its worth it, even if it does include "free" cable (which, by the way, went out every time we even had a light rain because its satellite). 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
