Franklin Mill Apartments

BAD NEWS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We lived at franklin mill for a little over a year and had nothing but problems. FOr the year that my fiance and I were there they went through 5 managers, lost track of my payment book. Not to mention that the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING!!!. Sex offenders love to stay here there were 10 living in our complex. SICK when i didnt even feel safe to have my 2 year old niece with me. There free rent deals are not so free!! IF you decide to move out early or not re-sign your lease they charge you for the "free" rent they give you. I PROMISE. It cost us almost $2000.00 dollars to move out of a 1 bedroom apt they only cost 505.00 a month. IF it's broken dont plan on them fixing your better doing it yourself. STAY AWAY!!!!
