Good place for the money

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have never had problems with the management or the neighbors. There has been a couple of manager changes because I think the last one retired,but the people in the office are always nice. My apartment is kind of small but the rent isn't bad. Once in awhile there are problems with my applilances but they get fixed pretty quick. I plan to stay here another year so I can save up money while I'm going to school. Overall I think this is a decent place to live.
