lived here for 6 months. it wasnt the worse place in the world, that is if you dont mind the rather high rent for a short term (550 for a studio) the friendly drunk who banged on doors for hours and hours on weekends (cops called three seperate times) a guy in my building killed some guy IN THE BUILDING! and the close proximity to the trailor park.

but maintance seemed fine, office seemed alright, though i dont recall seeing the same person more than once. it is nice and close to meijer you can see it from your front door in some units. free heat was nice, i did have to run my air conditoner a few times in the winter due the heat soaring to 90 degrees. i have never heard my nieghbors so the walls seem to be nice and thick.

all in all i dont regret living here, but i wouldnt want to agian
