For one the "economical price" is a joke. I pay almost $700 a month for a 2 br that's crap. It's filled with bugs, I've even had a couple moles that got in! I have a child, and while I don't worry about anything happening to my kid cuz I'd kill anyone who tried anything, there are alot of creepy white trash and drunks. When I moved in my "new" 2 br - I didn't know the end apartment where there's a side lot was a toilet for creeps and drunks! One night I was woken up and looked out my kitchen window to see FOUR guys pissing outside my window!!!!! I was sooo disgusted I ran them off but still, I should have to deal with that sort of thing at all. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can't get any relief from people just walking around, cuz it sounds like they are dropping bowling balls on the floor at all hours. The staff is pretty nice, a job is a job. But I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.
