With rent increasing to $800 for a 2 bdrm apt that's nearly 20 years old and gone through all kinds of abuse, I think I've had enough of this dump. For the price, you would expect a cleaner apartment complex, but the hallway to my door is filthy and has all kinds of stains on the carpet. The outer areas are fairly well maintained, however.
Regarding leases, beware of bait and switch tactics that the management will try to pull -- offering a certain monthly price for an apartment without telling you that it applies only to a certain length lease. Other than that the management is okay; it's just annoying when they say they will give you a call, but don't.
Oh, and the garage' It's not even automatic -- you have to pull down a rope to close it -- how lame is that' Parking is annoying sometimes.
Maintenance won't fix anything until you nag them about it -- including the street lights within the complex and the outer door to your apartment if the hinge is broken. They will try to repair it cheaply rather than replacing the broken part.
There have been times that I could take a picture of a lone cat or two standing right under the "ALL PETS MUST HAVE A LEASH" sign.
Apartment rules aren't enforced well at all. If there is a problem with a tenant being too loud for example, everyone in the apartment building gets a notice informing them of the apartment complex loudness rules -- why everyone' I have no clue. Indeed, management takes the easy, non-confrontational way out and refuses to attack the problem at its cause.
Finally, the particular area where the complex is located is mediocre, as are most of the people who live in it. Stay away from this dump. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I do not agree with this person at all. I've lived here for almost 3 years and I love it. Maintenace is a little slow and the outside lights have had issues-but overall everything else is wonderful.
I've never seen any violence over here,people hanging out outside with loud music,cops driving thru anything.
I can understand the price due to not letting the wrong people in.. if you want a safe, well maintained place to live then you have to pay the price!
