This is the worst place I've ever lived. They try to make it all nice by re-doing the office but what about our actual apartments' They haven't touched those! If you ask the manager (who is such a awful person, I can't stand talking to her. She's the type that looks down her nose at you) to revamp your place she'll say "Sure, if I can raise your rent to $855". And that's for a two bedroom! Which isn't very big to begin with! Have you ever heard of such nonsense' You can rent anywhere else in GR, a house, and different complex whatever for MUCH cheaper. As soon as my lease is up, I'm gone. WAY WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Plus the maintenance guys smell and when they come into your home you don't feel safe. Its like you always want to be home when they are there and trust me you can smell when they leave! You think they would want to represent themselves better than that! Thats if you can even get someone on the phone to put in a maintenance request in the first place. NO MANAGER EVER IN THE OFFICE- she's always out. The leasing consultant in there, I feel bad for her. She's always upset b/c the manager is never there to help her. Don't be fooled by the nice office interior, b/c it's a gimic to get you in and then take all your money. The first night I was here, all I could here was people running up and down the sidewalks, screaming, playing loud music all night. There is a playground outside my door- which people are at ALL NIGHT LONG!! Teenagers doing drugs and drinking, every night. I find empty beer bottles, condoms, all kinds of trash everywhere every morning at the playground. Plus during the day your kids can't even play on the playground b/c their are large bolts missing from the tire swing and slide. VERY VERY dangerous. My neighbors still let their kids play on it and tell me they are waiting for their son to fall and their suiing the hell out of this place. Great to hear that from your new neighbors! What did I get myself into' There is no sign telling anyone that the playground is not maintained and shouldn't be played on. So kids everyday are playing on it and I'm just waiting for the whole thing to fall apart. That alone should tell you how much this manager doesn't care about this property. She just wants more money, but not to maintain. Anouther thing the leasing girl really sold to me was getting a garage. Which doesn't work, and their are gaps between each garage so you end up with crap from other people's garages and lose your own things. Beacause of the gaps during the winter your stuff gets snow on it and if it rains your stuff is soaked. The doors are not automatic and really hard to pull down on. Their crap- just a place for your car. Not that it matters, a few months back we had kids come thru here at night and stab people's tires. There were flat tires all over the property. I don't even like to have my car on the property anymore. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't be fooled, like I was. Don't even come here, look anywhere else. Plus you can find a house/duplex/anouther apt. for cheaper, why stay here' Naive as I am, I thought b/c of the REALLY high rent this would be a nice place to stay. I was completely WRONG, and now I'm paying for it.

Are you sure you are talking about the same Hidden Creek where we live?
Knapp & Fuller???
We've lived here for a little over a year now and we have had nothing but a good feeling after moving in. Sure thing, this isn't a Ritz or a Hilton...but I disagree with all of what you've written here.
This place is nice, clean and safe. Can't avoid the typical moron as a neighbor, but most people here have been friendly (alright alright, enough roasy peachy... when i say most people I must leave out the former leasing lady who behaved a bit nastily but... phooey, she's been replaced already)
I recently renewed my lease not without looking into similar alternatives in the area and the rates here came at an advantage... in fact I think you might have gotten a discount on your rent from what you say!
The staff is extremely active and nice (now at least, not sure who you are referring to though) - you sound bitter! uggh.
people, for what it is worth, I live in the Hidden Creek on Knapp (between Fuller and Ball) and this place has my vote and recommendation.
ps. Anonymous, you may want to check your spelling skills... (or lack thereof)
