Hidden Creek Apartments

good place to live! From: namreef Date posted: 4/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived here for about a year and a half. I must say that this is certainly not the most posh of places, however it is a really nice community. I shall do this in parts: the people at the office: Current day staff: very pleasant! Since I moved in, both the (former) community manager and the the leasing person have been substituted and the new people in the office are very pleasant and attentive. Thank God for the change... I don't want to be mean but the former office staff left a lot to be desired. My relatives recently visited from Chicago and even they noticed the change in attitude at the office. the club house: a little small for my taste, but most definitely great improvement in the recent months. The overhaul has been amazing, the place looks clean, modern and very tastefully decorated. The apartments: well sized units (I live in a two bedroom townhouse) and I must say, of course I wish rent was lower yet the rates are rather affordable (I recently recommended this place to my co-worker and she got a promotional discount, not sure how long or often they run them). The landscaping: pretty. I don't make much use of the outer facilities, but landscaping always seems well kept. The parking space: fair, I've never had a problem finding a parking space. I recently held a get-together at my place and no one complained about parking. Maintenance crew: I have had the usual types of issues, nothing extraordinary regarding maintenance problems in my apartment. Except for one time (a Sunday) I have never had to wait long for my requests to be solved. Location: close enough to all the happening places in the area. Several parks (including a doggie park) nearby, safe for walks and easy access to highways if going out of town. I read some of the postings left before mine, and I was surprised at how ill-intentioned and negative some of them seem, for me it has all gone very well during my permanence in site. Bottom line: place is approved, and has my recommendation.
