the day we moved in, the door would not close, and the garage we were supposed to have was not available untill I hassled management for 3 weeks, and even after that, both walls had giants holes in them allowing the dog in the next garage to come into my side and scratch the hell out of my car. the AC took 2 months of yelling at management to get fixed, and even now it doesnt work very well. they are countless dents and holes in the walls that were taped and painted over, and every night, people in the next complex play music incredibly loud and yell and fight untill 4am. this 4th of july, cars were hit with fireworks and they was a rash of automatic weapons fire from various locations. outside lighting was burned out for a month before it was finally fixed by a resident. Did I mention the group of people in the next complex are being investigated by the police for sale of crack and majijuana' avoid this place at all costs, and move to afghanistan is you desire this atmosphere, its much cheaper! and no this is not a grumpy old man, I'm 20 years old.
