We lived there one year and it was long enough. The dumpsters were constantly overflowing, the yard crew only mowed the grass twice over the summer and never cleaned the leaves up in the fall. There were constant parties with neighbors blaring music and yelling until 4 am in which management or the sherriff's department would do nothing about after multiple complaints. We would find alcohol bottles and condom wrappers littered in the parking area where kids would ride their bikes. I would not recommend this complex unless you desire a severe lack of sleep and filthy conditions.
