My family and I have always lived in single family housing since my wife and I were married. We rented an apartment because we were new to the area and wanted to shop around for a year or two before making a home purchase. We were also looking forward to such amenities such as a pool, tennis courts, and a sauna without having to drive to the health club or public pool.
We are not at all happy with the management company because we were promised facilities that are not working correctly. The air conditioning requires constant attention and is almost unusable, the plumming is very loud, and vandalism in the complex is on the rise. The Sauna, Pool, and Tennis Courts are often unusable because of vandalism.
