I am a single mother of two and decided to move back to HV after I lived there with my parents as a child/teenager it was wonderful back then. I moved in currently over a year ago and have had nothing but problems. I have no central air still!!!! My heat went out 4 times this winter and still is not fixed!!!! i email the office from work everyday and get the same response " we will be there shorty" i have yet to see them, they want $800.00 for rent and $700.00 for me to buy out of my lease. Everytime I ask for Brookline's #, address or contact they state" it's not allowed" My response but it's allowed to take advantage of people. If someone knows anyone i can contact please help as I am now in debt from living here!
