I totally agree with the other comments in that this place is the slums. I have been there less than a year and I have a list of things that need to be fixed. Getting them to come and do it is the battle. The walls are so thin, nothing hangs on them. The grounds are ridiculous... rotting wood holding up hills, no grass, no sidewalks,no parking etc etc etc.
It's horrible. They should be ashamed at charging so much for so little!

I agree with the resident's comments in this review. We also live at HV and have made numerous maintenance requests...that never get fixed. There are old steps that need to be replaced that were reported a year ago...they don't act like they care...who's running the show...Gorillas?
