DO NOT RENT HERE! This community has many issues to include maintenance, infestation, and crime. The upper manangement staff of this community are unwilling to do what it takes to get the units and surrounding up to proper living standards. The roofs leak causing mold on the tenants walls, the windows are of poor quality and cause heating/cooling bills to be extremely high, many of the slider doors are improperly put on making it very easy for someone to break in. Also their is a large problem in the summer with infestation of ants and some units have cockroaches. Many of the furnances were leaking carbon monoxide. The maintenance staff is good but have no resources to fix anything therefore everything is done very crudely and shoddy. Many units have issues with cabinetry falling apart. Their has been some criminal activity in the past few months and the management staff is very slow to enforce any rules. I suggest if you can afford to live anywhere else, do so!
