Oh my gosh! Don't even think about renting here. You would be safer living in the middle of the 'hood during a riot! Break-ins, MAJOR reverse racism, noise, broken down appliances that the office staff won't have taken care of... They will not even give you the name of THEIR supervisors or their phone number. DO NOT even think about moving here, even for a month! Just get a fridge box and live under a bridge - you would be a lot better off!
