This guy that just posted has lived their for 4 months. I lived their for 3.5 years. The first two years were tolerable enough to stay. The third year, we would have to call and call about getting things fixed. Sometimes threatening to fix it ourselves and take it off the rent. Finally the last part of the third year, there were 2 dumpster fires. Yes, there were, I was woken up at night to the smell of smoke on one occasion, the other time, I heard the fire trucks. The dumbster was in the back of the complex very near my bedroom window.
About the shooting, it was not a drive by shooting, but their was someone breaking into a car and this guy shot at him from his basement slider. He shot through the slider. I know this is true, becuase I came home right after it happened, and their were 9 police cars blocking the road. I asked what had happened, and he told me that story. I watch the police all run towards the front of the complex, when they heard something on the radio. Do you think I am making this stuff up.
If you don't beleive these reviews, I HAVE SOME GREAT ADVICE FOR YOU. GO TO THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT. They will tell you everything you need to know about any apartment complex.
I really hate people that come on here and leave reviews when they lived their all of 4 months, and say that stuff never occured. How would you know. You weren't here this summer, I was, and I am not disgruntle. I am just stating the facts of what I saw when I lived thier. You be the judge on whether or not you want to live their.
