These townhomes are a decorators dream. 8 rooms and two bathrooms
with a wooded view from every window. Incredible place-I love it.
They let you paint-bring your own appliances and jump if something needs repair.
This is a lovely place to live. With almost 1700 square feet and three floors, it is amazing value.
This place is on the way up. The community pulls together and I would not walk but run to rent here.
My Lord, there is even a doggie park!
After you play tennis you can swim in the pool.
I mean good grief! I have posted my townhome online in a video on YOUTUBE.
This is an American Community, diverse and exciting.

If your stove breaks-fix it. If a light bulb goes out-change it yourself. Good Lord...have you ever owned your own home? It rained last week hard-water at Meijer was up to my knees...I get home here and no water in the basement and I never even lost power. These Townhomes are beautiful inside. Drop dead gorgeous. I love my neighbors and the views are wonderful. 60% white-40% black and everybody gets along great.Word has it that these Townhomes are going to go condo.

I still live here and it's horrible. There is only one compentent maitnence person, they paint over mold I've seen it done. My stove was broken when I moved in, I couldn't use the oven it took them 2 months to fix it. No wonder there so cheap, and that's probably why you can paint just throw another coat over the mold!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and when it rains hard be prepared to have your basement flooded and your windows leaking........ This place tried to go completly section 8 and only select units past the inspection whats that tell you!!!!!

fake, fake ,this place suckis, falling apart, section 8, and they let that one good maint. person go even though all the tenants liked him cause he was the only one who fixed , not faked. they only want people who say , sorry there is nothing we can do about it. cause were lazy and that saves money. fixing things cost to much for these jokers. my basement dont flood any more since steve fixed it but mo9st the others were never fixed so they flood at the sidders because most the landscapes directs the water right to youre door
