If you love living in secluded woods, love children and like to take romantic
walks, this place is for you. I have been here for 6 months and I have a huge 3 bedroom town home. Great design with a foyer on the third floor.Very cool.
I am an artist, so I take advantage of the scenery and paint as often as I can.
I think these are the biggest town homes available in this area. Don't move here if you don't have
a lot of furniture. If you are courteous to the office they seem to respond quicker if you need something fixed.

I have observed many older white couples that have recently moved in after losing their homes to foreclosure.
This seems to be the new trend here. Flowers planted in the yard and lots of older folks out walking their dogs.
It's a very cool home to rent. People keep to themselves a lot and 99% of the time it is very quiet.
They could use more lighting at night where you park and few less teens would be nice,
But I love it here.
Many people who have lost their homes and have dogs have to rent here because they want to keep their family
together and they also seem to love it here. A small apartment would be dreadful. These townhomes are very pretty
and the views are breathtaking. Bad apples get weeded out quickly here.
I agree, this is a great community that watches each others backs.
I hope they don't go condo.

I am NOT management at Hidden Valley, I am a tenant. These are the most beautiful townhomes in the GR area. Are there problems? You bet. Your post hurt my feelings because you are attacking where my family lives. It's not up to management to make this a great place to live, it's up to the people. This place is worth fighting for...it is that nice. You don't live BY the woods-you are almost IN the woods! This is not a place to raise children-it is too vast and secluded. This is a place for older retired people or --- couples. Drive out here-see the rolling hills and giant pine trees. See the huge living room windows that overlook the vast woods and water. This is not a throw away property. People get on this rating site from other rental places trying to make the public think this is just another average rental. It is not. A good tenant can change a block. A good block can change the community. A good community can change a city...you get my drift. If you are a good person who works hard and plays by the rules...RENT HERE!!!! Dog lovers-RENT HERE! Nature Lovers! RENT HERE!

I dont believe that this is a true review....I believe it was written by a member of management to inflate the property. This property is poorly taken care of and has a history of having very bad tenants, police are constantly there, and their is no upkeep.

this is so fake my god the living room windows, come on most of them let the rain in. rain gutters are full, have been for years. white people moving in . give me a break, half the tenants are black(not a bad thing) just like you the manager. did u need to go so overboard and reveal how fake you are on and off the job.

I agree this review seems fake. Screen doors are terrible, spiders and bugs can crawl right through them and there are plenty of cracks for them to hide into. This place is extremely poorly taken care of. Will take you several days to cleap up after you move in and you will have to do all the mentainence work by yourself.
