The management advertised free rent for rental referrals but denied me free rent after my friend moved in saying that I was not the lease holder but just an occupant. One of the office staff made racist remarks to me about our people trying to get the "hookup" all the time on rent. And when I asked for the regional manager's phone number to complain, I was told they did not have one and was given a opinion card. I later looked it up and found out that the regional manager name was Lisa. I don't think the right people know how Hidden Valley is being ran because if they did I hope they wouldn't let it go on or at least try to make it better.
