Great Deal for downtown apartment

I am new to Mi. and attending college downtown. I came from a very large city on the east side of the country and couldn't believe the fabuluos deal I found in Highland Place. For $500/mo I have an apartment downtown that is clean and affordable in a cool neighboorhood! There is no office at the building, but the manager has always been quick to respond - and always nice. I would definitely reccomend to anybody who is looking for a great deal!
