I moved into my 1 bedroom apartment at Kensington in early 2007. After weeks of apartment searching, I found Kensington and fell in love with it instantly. My 1 bedroom apartment was huge with a very spacious laundry room that was large enough to keep my ironing board setup all the time. The walk-in closet was large and my balcony overlooked the pond that had abundant wildlife. It was a very relaxing atmosphere that I truly enjoyed coming back to after work. I had a third floor apartment which included vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace. I only had a couple of minor things that I needed maintenance to address and through the use of the "express maintenance request" service I had my issues resolved within just a few hours. Everyone at Kensington was very helpful and accomodating. I was recently downsized at work and was sad to move out. I am relocating to the east side of the state and I have visited numerous apartment complexes and none of them even come close to being as nice as Kensington. The things that really sold me on Kensington were the garages, large in-unit laundry rooms, upgraded appliances and windows, and peaceful location. Anyone who chooses to live here will be very happy and will truly enjoy their new home.

Wow....sounds straight out of managements mouth. Nice review STAFF. Doesn't surprise me since staff was shady to begin with.
