Excellent management and maintenance staff, large two bedroom apartments with large balconies, basement storage in locked section are included, water included, friendly neighbors, ample parking. The price I quoted includes one free month on a 12 month lease. This is an older apartment complex, with few additional bennies. If you don't need or want an exercise room, massive club house, concierge service, why pay for them' It is a great place for the money!
