Management is very on top of matters. Maintenance is very dependable and at your service withint 15 minnutes of your call. Very peacefull community. However, i think they are a tab bit to costly. The apartments are small and there isnt much to them, considering the price you would think you would get more for your money. The air conditioner breaks down often. The lights and energy go out if you use too much energy in the apartment ( at least our did). They do have a wide closet and a huge balcani. Other than that, its a nice little community...if yout stuck in the 70's.
