It used to be a very nice place. Unfortunately, standards seemed to be slipping and there are many residents who seem to be of the late night vandal variety. In the past two years, we?ve had things stolen, loud noises at night, crowds of teenagers hanging around the parking lot, and some vandalism on the grounds. No doubt this has something to do with the Hubba Tubba, which is across the street, expanding to become a full-fledged bar. If you can put up with some bad neighbors, Lamberton Lake Apartments is a very nice place with beautiful scenery and an excellent office staff. It?s just the lousy neighbors and the bar patrons that make the place slightly less friendly.
