Mixed Bag

I have been a resident for 3 years. The apartments are rather nice. The best quality is the quiet. As most of the residents are older, the complex lends itself to being peaceful.
Two concerns are the office staff and dog (un)friendliness. The Manager, Linda, is essentially an unhappy person who lacks basic customer service skills. They also keep inaccurate record of rent payments, so keep ALL OF YOU OWN RECORDS.
The leasing office states it accepts pets (which it does, but only with a monthly surcharge and deposit), but hassles dog owners needlessly.
The motto of the company is that "[they} care -- [They] really do." Basically, they care about their money, not the residents.
I am looking at moving at the end of my lease.
