I have lived at Lamberton for about half a year now, and I have had nothing but problems with my apartment. First I found out my Electrical outlets weren't up to code when they started sparking in the middle of the night, and then my intercom does not work and was told they were fixing it, Well I can talk or listen to those outside but I can finally buzz them in. My Toilet seal is bad and causing the toilet to always run and sometimes NOT fill the tank back up, and the office says this happens in the summer. Whatever!!!! Not to mention my Air conditioning they continue to refuse looking at it, since it never cools my apartment down even after running 4 consecutive hours, Lets see The Manager is on a power trip and defianatley is not a people person. Oh and one more thing, my dishwasher is from like the 60's and well it's ancient and it doesn't clean my dishes at ALL!!! And so I clean them before and after using the dishwasher and the office staff says they won't replace. I'm so disgusted!!!!

Your complaints are surprising to hear. I have lived here for 3 years and I have never had any trouble getting things done for me. My dishwasher is old too, but it works good. If you want new appliances maybe you should buy a house. Do you think that your attitude has anything to do with this? I love living here!

The attitude of the poster does not seem rude, only concerned, and it is one persons experience. From your other responses you sound like your the manager or something. Plus ir-regardless of that tenants attitude if something needs to be fixed it should be, Especially when concerns of fire, are being downplayed.

Concerned people usually don't make accusations about "power trips". Rude, immature people do. It's a nice place, not new but in good shape with great staff and unique amenities.
